LOGLINE: After he and his wife are fired upon several times by a punk of a neighbor, a man discovers the local Texas Sheriff and his Deputies work with the punk in a drug distribution ring and brings them down with help from the DPS and the FBI. Based on a true story.

RUTHLESS - Synopsis  

Dale and Lisa enjoy life on their new farm until someone from the adjoining property begins shooting at them. Dale complains to the local sheriff, who is dismissive, then posts a $5,000 reward for information on the sniper. Infuriated, the Sheriff sends the FBI and INS to bust Dale’s business. All hell breaks loose as the battle between these two men intensifies. Dale discovers the Sheriff is suspected of illegal activities for years and fights back with the help of the DPS and the FBI, bringing down the Sheriff and the punk neighbor responsible for the shootings.
